SUPPLY CHAIN & CONTROLLED PILOT EXPORT PROCESS

LOGUHE AGRO & AGRI LTD SARL manages cashew sourcing, processing coordination, quality control and export documentation from Côte d’Ivoire.

For new buyers, the first shipment can be handled as a controlled pilot export. This allows both parties to verify product quality, documentation, inspection and shipment procedure step by step.

Step 1: Product Confirmation
Buyer confirms product grade, quantity, packaging, target quality and Incoterm.

Step 2: Proforma Invoice / Sales Contract
Commercial terms are confirmed in writing before production or shipment preparation begins.

Step 3: Sourcing / Processing Coordination
Raw cashew nuts are sourced from Ivorian farmers and local supply networks. Cashew kernels are processed through certified processing partners according to buyer requirements.

Step 4: Quality Control Before Shipment
The shipment can be checked before export through product photos, packaging confirmation, moisture control, grade verification and third-party inspection such as SGS or Bureau Veritas if required.

Step 5: Export Documentation
LOGUHE prepares the required export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate and inspection documents if required.

Step 6: Container Loading
Before shipment, loading photos, container number and seal number can be provided.

Step 7: Bill of Lading
The Bill of Lading is issued by the shipping line only after the container is physically loaded and accepted for shipment at Abidjan Port.

Important Note:
Before the first shipment is completed, a previous Bill of Lading cannot be provided under the new export structure. Instead, LOGUHE provides company documents, commercial documents, product specifications, inspection options and a transparent pilot export process to reduce buyer risk.

Q: Are you a factory owner?
A: No. LOGUHE is a sourcing and export management company. We work with Ivorian farmers, local supply networks and certified processing partners.

Q: Can the first shipment be treated as a pilot export?
A: Yes. For new buyers, the first shipment can be managed as a controlled pilot export with clear documentation, quality inspection, loading photos and shipment tracking.

Q: When is the Bill of Lading issued?
A: The Bill of Lading is issued by the shipping line only after the container has been physically loaded and accepted for shipment. Before loading, LOGUHE can provide company registration documents, Proforma Invoice, Sales Contract, product specification, inspection options and export documentation.

Q: Can we arrange product or factory verification?
A: Yes. Product verification, factory coordination, video inspection or third-party inspection can be arranged during the commercial process for qualified buyers.

Q: Do you supply W450 grade?
A: No. Currently we supply W180, W240, W320, WS, BB, LWP and FDT grades. W450 is not available.
